It was always important to us that we had enough distance and peace and quiet - and yet could walk to Kenmare downtown in just 15 minutes. And enjoy the most beautiful view over the bay during the walk!

Stylish House with 4 'spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms ('en suite') in park-like grounds - with plenty of distance to the nearest neighbour. A herd of deer regularly visits the lawns - sensational!
From the house it is only a 5 minute walk to Kenmare Bay or a 15 minute walk to the historic town centre with its traditional pubs, shops, etc...- if you want to have a drink in the evening and not drive :-)
The house is located directly at the junction of the Ring of Beara and the Ring of Kerry - there is no better starting point for your excursions. You can also head straight into the hiking area to Killarney, explore one of the great beaches in the area or enjoy the nearby waterfalls and mountain lakes.
Kenmare not only offers lively pubs, but also award-winning gastronomy: from simple snack bars to 4 gourmet restaurants. If you want to get active, there are 4 golf courses in the immediate vicinity - or hire a seaworthy kayak and keep an eye out for the local seals...
